JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specific Tasks:

• Workflow design, custom form build and new program build, including documentation for all build and workflows.

• Account and security maintenance for existing user as well as Netsmart Phase II Implementation for Contracted County Provider use of MSO, PCE and PCNX.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Analyze and assess user issues/requests and recommend system-based solutions to support operational workflows/needs.

• Configure system, document build, create test scripts, unit test with documented outcomes, conduct user acceptance testing, in-service other team members.

• Create workflow diagrams.

• Coordinate system updates/upgrades, test can validate updated/upgraded environments.

• Experience Requirements:

• Experience with Netsmart myAvatar, CalPM, MSO and RADplus form building required.

• Experience with Netsmart security, Perceptive document imaging, CCInbox, OrderConnect, PCE and PCNX desired.

• Experience with Unicare Pro-Filer desired.

Certifications:

• Netsmart myAvatar, CalPM and MSO desired.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field desired.
