Job Description:

This project is a new initiative aimed at enhancing our operations and customer engagement. The selected candidates will be brought on board one month early for training and will be involved in various tasks throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities:

·         Tech concierge role to explain new IT support tools and system to associates.

·         Assist with the move-in weekends and provide wayfinding help.

·         Stay in touch with the home base and assist travelling employees in finding their way around.

·         Sign up for the gym and help with bringing on staff.

·         Provide support on the trade floor, aligned to Lines of Business (LOBs).

·         Assist with the First Help Bar and may need to provide additional help as required.

·         Wear a uniform and use a walkie-talkie to stay in communication.

Requirements:

·         Ability to work on weekends and provide assistance during move-in periods.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to stay in touch with the home base.

·         Flexibility to handle various tasks as required by the project
