The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years work experience.
- Sr level experience in application programming, graphic design, functional design and web
- coding.
- Relational database design experience.
- MS office applications, (word, excel, outlook, Visio etc).
- .Net programming (C#, VB.net), some understanding of frameworks.
- HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS. JavaScript.
- MS SQL – Good understanding.
- SOA, OOP, GIS knowledge, SharePoint, IIS.
- Agile development.
- Test tools – Microsoft VSTS, TFS, prototyping tool Axure.
