The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree; (7- 9) years of work experience.
- Sr. level experience in application programming, Application development methodologies,
- graphic design, functional design and web coding.
- Sr. level experience in relational database design, software design principals, design patterns.
- MS office applications, (word, excel, outlook, Visio etc).
- .Net programming (C#, VB.net), good understanding of frameworks.
- HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS. JavaScript.
- MS SQL – Strong understanding.
- SOA, OOP, GIS knowledge, SharePoint, IIS.
- Agile development.
- Test tools – Microsoft VSTS, prototyping tool Axure
