• 4 years of experience.
• Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop computers,
• peripheral equipment and software.
• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with Laptop computing
• equipment and software.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated
• and externally supported systems, file servers, email servers and applications and
• administrative systems.
• Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software.
• Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.
• Experience supporting Windows XP Laptop computers.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing various hardware solutions.
• Experience installing software, patches, updates on systems.
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Orders computer supplies.
• Other duties as required.
