The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:

• 2 years of experience.
• Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of various desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated and externally supported systems, file servers, email servers and applications andadministrative systems.
• Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software.
• Experience supporting Windows XP desktop PCs.
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Orders computer supplies.
• Other duties as required.
