The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:

• 2 years of experience.
• Education – High School degree, certification of proficiency in micro computing
• Knowledge of basic data processing concepts, preparing and maintaining computerized databases
• Obtains and enters database information; analyzes and interprets data; prepares reports; Ability to operate a personal computer and various software packages related to library datasets/GIS data / financial data.
• Processing of audit charges, billing charges and monitoring daily and monthly process.
• Assist personnel/staff with data analysis, hardware/software problems, planning, file building, tailoring and testing new systems;
• Basic understanding of database development, report generation and spreadsheet creation.
• Skills using MS office applications.
• Good communication skills- good verbal, written and listening skills.
