- 10+ years of experience.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of application development frameworks such as CSLA, design patterns
- SOA and OOAD principles.
- Solid knowledge of application development methodologies.
- Requires excellent analytical and inductive reasoning skills.
- VB.NET/C#.
- HTML/ DHTML.
- XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
- GIS knowledge, SharePoint, knowledge a plus.
- Agile development.
- MS office applications.
- MS SQL.
