Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solutions Architect/Principal Application Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level software solutions. This role involves architecting scalable, automated software solutions, leading development teams, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting best practices, creating design patterns, and driving innovative solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, enterprise-level software solutions that ensure automation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead the development of enterprise architecture components, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of software development, from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams, fostering skill development and solving complex technical challenges.
• Define and implement best practices, design patterns, and innovative approaches to improve project outcomes.
• Make informed, strategic technology recommendations and decisions for projects, ensuring the best solution is applied to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and properly implemented.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant innovations to project work.
• Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and solve difficult development problems.
• Ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodologies throughout the development process.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Principal Application Developer, with a proven track record of successful enterprise-level software development.
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development practices, with an ability to craft scalable, automated solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture components and full software development lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience in leading technology teams and mentoring developers.
• Expert knowledge across a variety of software technology disciplines.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to make informed recommendations for technology stacks and solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture and services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
