Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex Information Technology (IT) projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale projects of 2,000 work-hours or more. This role involves close collaboration with teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Define project requirements and work closely with User Experience and Systems Design Analysts to create and implement optimal solution designs.
• Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
