Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Lead and mentor a team of Azure support administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, high availability components.
Diagnose & resolve complex technical issues related to Azure services & applications.
Implement & manage advanced security measures to protect Azure resources, including identity and access management, encryption, compliance and Azure Policies
Develop & maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Provide advanced technical support to end-users and IT teams, including training and guidance on Azure best practices
Azure certifications like Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer
