A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
3+ years of experience as an Office 365 Administrator or in a similar role is desired.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in managing hybrid environments, cloud infrastructure, and a range of Microsoft and third-party technologies essential for effective enterprise operations.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing both on-premises and cloud-based Office 365 environments, including migration strategies and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure & security configurations, including Azure Active Directory & Intune
Mobile Device and Application Management: Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient management of mobile devices.
Deep understanding of Exchange Server versions 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019, along with Office 365 administration is desired.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, providing project support and technical assistance.
Familiarity with email security solutions including antivirus, antispam, backup, and compliance products.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and security configurations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
