Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience. The successful candidate will be well-versed in Agile and other SDLC methodologies and will play a key role in leading discussions, managing work, and estimation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and enhance our warehouse management capabilities.
Business Process Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current warehouse and logistics processes.
• Analyze and document business requirements, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.
SAP EWM Implementation:
• Work closely with the IT team to design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions.
• Customize and optimize SAP EWM functionality to align with business needs.
• Conduct testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementations.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new SAP EWM processes.
• Train end-users on SAP EWM functionality and best practices.
Leadership and Project Management:
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage work allocation, project timelines, and resources effectively.
• Provide accurate estimations for project deliverables and tasks.
Agile and SDLC Expertise:
• Apply Agile and other SDLC methodologies to streamline project execution and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Continuously improve development processes and workflows.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
• Monitor and assess the performance of SAP EWM solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed documentation of SAP EWM configurations, changes, and user manuals.
• Generate reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of SAP EWM implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP EWM Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and its integration with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Change management expertise, including training and user adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is a plus.
• SAP EWM certification is a strong advantage
